Skill Development & livelihood empowerment by enabling young people and women develop skill, we increase their opportunity for full and productive employment and decent work.
Skill Development with an eye on employment is the need of the hour. There is a growing realization that having an educational degree, does not always help in getting a job commensurate with one’s qualification. However, a minimum qualification of Class X combined with some vocational skill leads to employment opportunities.

The women are taught to make wall hangings, fancy bags, purses, files & folders, cushion covers, curtains, sofa covers, dining mats, napkins etc. We also train them for making kurtis, pants, salwar, plazzo, skirts, tops etc. These articles are sold at Diwali Melas, online platforms and other forums.
The aim is to provide Cutting & Tailoring Skills to underprivileged girls /women with a view to help them earn a living by stitching clothes from their homes (self-employment) or get a job at a boutique / export house and supplement the family income, to improve their quality of life.
